“Using a 3-Tiered Supplier Vetting Process” will examine a client’s effort to qualify and on-board suppliers of both finished goods and components. This webinar will walk attendees through the various stages of this process, outline the value and importance of each toll gate, and provide tips on how attendees can adopt a similar supplier vetting process. Upon completion, attendees should be able to create their own robust supplier qualification procedures and be made aware of the various pitfalls common during supplier vetting in Southeast Asia. Handout
